The interiors glow with rich colors and eclectic thematic undertones. Each room contains a collection of objects and furniture collected over the years from world- class distributers and auction-houses. Warmth and eclecticism are the running themes throughout; even though the furniture and appointments are luxurious, they are also welcoming and comfortable. The home was intentioned to be a safe and inviting place for all ages, enriched by a sophisticated aesthetic that appeals to a wide-variety of tastes and interests.

Just past the grand entryway and adjacent to the kitchen, the elegant living room features gorgeous antiques, a travertine carved marble with granite surrounding fireplace, dim lighting and a high-quality sound system for the perfect quiet evening in.

The kitchen is spacious and state-of-the-art; making it perfect for large group events or intimate dinners with friends and family. All appliances are new and top of the line. The kitchen has two sets of refrigerators and freezers – one set specifically designed to hold food trays for entertaining. Other features include two islands with granite countertops, dual convection ovens, two large dishwashers, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Whip up an elegant breakfast to enjoy on the patio or prepare a candlelit dinner in the formal dining room. You’ll feel like a professional in our kitchen, no matter the menu or occasion.

The dining room features padded thatch wainscoting, wine-red walls, and amber crystal chandeliers. The dining table is traditional, contrasting with the zoological paintings and life-sized tiger statue.

The grandiose great room features rich, dark wood, a grand piano and a professional-quality bar to serve as a venue for a bustling social occasion.

The Egyptian-themed theatre is decorated to suit the theme, with a grand entrance complete with two travertine statues. The seating area includes eight dual reclining leather couches complete with pillows and blankets for a perfectly comfortable viewing experience. Enjoy a movie from our large selection of videos and DVDs. Our theatre at Rancho Magdalena allows you to enjoy a perfect night out at the movies without ever leaving the ranch. It is also set up for professional meetings and gatherings. We even have karaoke and a dJ sound system.

Four first-floor bedrooms include their own bathrooms and each feature unique themed décor; including the Gold Room, the Nautical Room, the Mission Room and the Moroccan Room.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with luxurious canopy and bedding, a fireplace, and a huge private balcony with the best views Rancho Magdalena has to offer. The primary suite bathroom boasts two side-by-side Jacuzzi bathtubs, two spa-style showers, and two vanity sinks.

The spacious patio overlooks the pool and adjacent hills and farmland. This is the perfect place to spend any part of the day, from an intimate brunch to a gorgeous evening event. Stay in the shade in one of our three outdoor gazebos on a grassy hill or enjoy the front side of the ranch complete with elegant full-size statues and tall orange trees. Sunrise to sunset, Rancho Magdalena remains one of the most beautiful places to spend time outdoors.

The solar-heated saltwater pool features a waterfall and water slide. Overlooking a gorgeous valley with rolling hills and idyllic farmland, the black-bottom pool even has built-in barstools and colorful lighting options for the evening.
