Kenneth Village Offices
WELCOME TO GEI AT KENNETH VILLAGE
Surrounded by suburban residential communities, Kenneth Village is a little old-fashioned main street caught in another time. Our building is perhaps the most notable in the village, with a dramatic roofline and Tudor-style embellishments. We enhanced the building by adding large new windows and creating a grand lobby, which leads to the rest of GEI’s offices and conference center.
The GEI offices feature floor-to-ceiling Maple wainscoting and columnar light boxes with repurposed antique stained glass panels. The hardwood furniture complements the Emperador marble floors and bronze lighting fixtures. The lobby conference room provides space for client seminars and other business meetings, while welcoming visitors to Kenneth Village.

GEI Conference Center
The GEI conference center was created to offer the local community an affordable space to conduct business or host events. Its office space features gray brushed oak floors and furniture, complemented by marble and brass hardware and decoration. The conference room includes a kitchen and bathroom, plus ample folding tables and chairs to accommodate larger events.
The conference room is available for meetings, mixers, and more. We hope our local community can make use of this new meeting place!
